Mae llawer o fudiadau gwirfoddol eisoes yn gwneud gwaith gwerthfawr i gynnwys, cefnogi a dathlu gwirfoddolwyr. Mae Buddsoddi mewn Gwirfoddolwyr yn rhoi fframwaith ymarferol i’ch helpu chi i fyfyrio ar yr hyn sy’n gweithio’n dda, canolbwyntio eich gweithgareddau a nodi ffyrdd o gryfhau profiad gwirfoddolwyr ar draws eich mudiad. Nid oes angen i chi fod yn barod i roi cynnig ar y dyfarniad i ddod. Mae’r sesiwn hon hefyd yn ddefnyddiol os ydych chi eisiau myfyrio ar sut mae eich mudiad yn cynnwys ac yn cefnogi gwirfoddolwyr.
