Julianna bio: Julianna is a registered psychotherapist and the founder of Grey Couch Counselling and Psychotherapy, a multidisciplinary health clinic connecting Canadians with mental health, holistic, and lifestyle support. She specializes in burnout, trauma-informed care, and the psychology of work and identity. Her approach is direct, warm, and grounded in the belief that sustainable performance starts with understanding people, not just managing them.
