SPARTA is a week-long building residence by Bloomsbury Technology — the London-based causal AI company working across prediction markets, art markets, automotive, and geopolitical analysis.
You won't be doing tutorial projects or writing reports. From day one you're inside a real system, inside a real team, answerable for real output.
What you'll work on
Four tracks, one wild card.
Distributed AI — multi-agent systems, federated learning, on-chain inference. Decentralised AI infrastructure that actually runs.
Polymarket Trading — quantitative strategies, market making, and arbitrage on binary outcome prediction markets. Real positions, real mathematics.
Polymarket Brokerage — building the secondary market for Web3 prediction markets. Derivatives, liquidity provision, options, swaps, futures. Heavy financial mathematics.
Computational Marketing — causal attribution, audience modelling, AI-powered creative strategy. Data infrastructure that drives decisions.
Exploratory — maritime logistics, geopolitical modelling, art advising, causal inference tooling. Pitch it, build it, prove it works.
How the week runs
You'll be placed in a squad of 3–5 people inside a larger team. Daily standups. Weekly demos. Clear ownership from the start. Good work gets noticed fast. We don't care about your CV.
Who we're looking for
Software engineers, data engineers, ML and quant researchers, growth and operations builders. We'll teach you everything except bravery and eagerness — bring those yourself.
Correlation made the last generation rich. Causality will define the next one.
