Coffee Outside

This ride is completely FREE!!! Any donations you choose to make will go to supporting All Bodies on Bikes, and our mission to create and foster a size inclusive bike community.
THE BIG IDEA:
We will meet at The Montague Bookmill at 8:00 AM. We'll ride 10 paved miles along Meadow Rd, stopping midway to make coffee outside. The ride includes bucolic field views and a scenic waterfall!
We’ll provide some coffee, water and camp stoves. Bringing water for the group and any coffee/tea you’d like to share is encouraged!
Please bring water for drinking during the ride and any ride snacks you might need
MEET UP LOCATION:
The Montague Bookmill, Montague, MA - free parking on the street or in a small lot. Spaces are limited; carpooling is encouraged!
SCHEDULE:
Pre-ride talk starts at 8:00 AM (please be there and ready to roll by 8:00 AM!)
Ride out at 8:10 AM
End back at The Bookmill at 11:00 AM (this is an estimated time, this will depend how long we linger with our coffee!)
ROUTE:
The ride is 10.4 miles through Montague on paved roads with very light traffic. It is a popular route for cyclists, and we may be sharing space with riders who may need to pass our group. There are a couple of short hills, but the route is mostly flat. The most challenging hill is at the very end on the way back to The Bookmill.
We will ride at an average pace of 5-7 mph, and won't leave anyone behind.
This is an out-and-back ride that ends where we started.
ACCESSIBILITY:
All are welcome to join us! We will stop around the halfway point of the route. This event will be outside. If you have any specific questions or accessibility needs, please reach out!
WHICH WHEELS TO BRING?
The route is all on paved roads, so any bike or trike you have will do great! It just needs to be in good condition and ready to ride!
HELMETS ARE REQUIRED!
