Local Hub Barcelona - Out of this World: Fostering a Continuous Learning Culture Through Gamification
We're coming back strong after summer with a brand new 3-part series: Building a Learning Culture.
Learning culture isn't one thing. Zoom out far enough and it's a strategy. Zoom in and it's a habit a team builds together. Zoom in further and it's just one person deciding to keep learning. This series stars learning culture, seen from different altitudes.
We're excited to have three of our rockstar community members facilitating these events, each sharing how they've contributed to building it. This is the first!
✨What to expect✨
What if instead of sitting through another webinar, you were sent on a mission to outer space? In this session, JD will share how he partnered with a global medical company to strengthen their learning culture through gamifying their workplace training and developing an ongoing employee-led virtual learning community.
In this session you will:
Discover how gamification can be applied to everyday workplace trainings
Join the group on a mission to space to improve workplace communication
Explore the ways to continuously engage learners post-training for sustained impact
