Design Consent Education Expert Pod — with Sarda Nana from Agreement Works Pty Ltd
Most schools have policies, staff training and curriculum requirements for consent education, but many still struggle to turn information into positive everyday student behaviour.
So, if you're looking for consent education that strengthens student interactions, supports curriculum expectations, and fits real school constraints, then this expert pod is for you!
Limited to three participants per pod so the conversation stays candid, practical and relevant.
Join Sarda Nana, Director from Agreement Works Pty Ltd for this 2-part, small-group pod designed to help you go from idea to action.
By the end of these workshops, you will have:
A small, trusted peer network of fellow decision-makers, and expert advisors navigating the same challenges.
A clear picture of your school's current strengths and gaps in consent education, benchmarked against ACARA curriculum expectations.
Worked through your current approach to consent and respectful relationships education, experience how Agreement F.I.R.S.T.© uses play-based learning to make sensitive topics age-appropriate, fun and engaging, and leave with a realistic pathway for implementation.
Confidence that consent education can be low-prep, affordable, sustainable and; genuinely enjoyable for students and staff alike.
Who is this Pod best for?
This is for principals, wellbeing leads, PDHPE and Health coordinators, and school decision-makers who want consent education that is practical, sustainable, student-centred and engaging without avoiding the conversations that matter.
Note: Expert Pods happen on the first and third Thursdays of the month, at the same time for both sessions.
What to expect from Session 1
1. Diagnose your current approach and name the gap. Map how consent education currently runs in your school, including strengths, gaps, staff confidence, curriculum time, parent and community sensitivities, resources and disclosure protocols.
2. Review the evidence-informed rationale for the Agreement F.I.R.S.T.© approach and how its play-based method supports explicit, age-appropriate consent and respectful relationships learning aligned with Australian Curriculum expectations.
3. Experience a short live demonstration of the Agreement F.I.R.S.T.© consent card game and a sample discussion starter, so you can assess how play, practice and facilitated conversations supports consent education that sticks.
What to expect from Session 2
1. Build your roadmap for closing the gap. Identify the highest priority shifts need in your setting.
2. Compare implementation options matched to school type, cohort size and budget, from educator packs through to facilitated workshops, wellbeing staff mentoring, train-the-trainer support and evaluation.
3. Leave with a realistic pathway for classroom teachers and wellbeing staff to facilitate consent education confidently, using the Agreement F.I.R.S.T.© play-based learning approach to keep consent education engaging while still handling sensitive topics responsibly.
Optional: Discuss how this work links to UN Sustainable Development Goals e.g: Goal5 Gender Equality and Inner Development Goals. Explore how schools can track progress.

What's an Impact Collab Expert Pod?
Expert Pods are two-part, small group mentoring sessions, designed to help founders and organisational leaders build better systems for business, impact and/or wellbeing.
Facilitated by an Expert member from the Impact Collab, they are intimate, interactive, and personalised to your unique challenges, creating an environment for tailored advice, actionable feedback, accountability and growth.
How do they work?
Hosted during a single month, the pods are run as 2 x 1-hour online workshops, two weeks apart. The Workshops are interactive, with lots of Q&A, live feedback, and direct, tailored support.
At the end of Workshop 1, participants set a list of items to action or exercise. In Workshop 2, these items are reviewed, additional feedback is given, and next steps are provided. This is by far one of our most valuable knowledge and relationship-building programs in the community.
And the best part… it’s included in the Impact Collab membership with first time visitor guest passes available for just $5!
