1490 Fireside Rendezvous
Out West, the "Rendezvous" of the 1800s brought mountain men and Native Americans together to trade, tell stories, gamble, and party. It was a gathering unlike any other for both commerce and camaraderie.
Originally designed to save everyone a trip to St. Louis to trade, we're going to save you a trip out West — while we create our own version of this camp-style experience.
Part 1:
Bushcraft — Learn the art of primitive tools and crafts — and using what can forage to create them. We'll put it all to work creating the 1490 "Bushcraft Camp".
Part 2:
Open Fire Cooking — We'll cook up a gorgeous meal the cowboy way.
Part 3:
Campfire Roundup — Let the music and storytelling begin! As usual, there's a surprise waiting at the campfire.
OPTIONAL OVERNIGHT: CAMP OUT OR GLAMP OUT!
Part 4:
Saturday Camp Out: For those who'd like to stay, there'll be spots available to pitch a tent, and glamping bunk house available!
And, we'll have cowboy coffee and camp breakfast in the morning.
