National – G.J. Women's Franchise Owners Forum – Online
The G.J. Women's Franchise Owners Forum is a monthly online forum creating a supportive and empowering space for women Franchise Owners at G.J. Gardner Homes. It fosters collaboration, shared knowledge, and open discussion around the unique challenges women Franchise Owners face.
Each month, a group member presents on a chosen topic, followed by Q&A and discussion. A Rolling Chair — a woman Franchise Owner serving a three-month term — works with members to set topics, select presenters, and shape each session.
A shared folder is available to all members, containing governance documents (handbook, chair rosters, presenter schedules), past presentation archives, PowerPoint templates, and a national contact list: G.J. Women's Franchise Owners Forum Shared Folder
