Agents will learn how to navigate FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and VA short sales while protecting client information and ensuring proper communication throughout the transaction. The course also address the legal, financial, and practical risks associated with distressed properties, helping agents better guide buyers and sellers through complex short sale transactions.
