Sword and Tea - Practice & Ceremony
Part of ATÉ CHÁ: Lisbon's first TEA Festival
(12th-19th October in Lisbon)
An encounter between Martial arts & the Way of Tea.
Martial arts and tea have long met through shared qualities: dedication, repetition, precision, and presence. Martial practice refines the body in movement, while the way of Tea refines stillness. Together, they offer a cultivation of inner force.
For 2.5 hours precision meets stillness — a journey through Qi energy, Japanese sword tradition, and the Way of the Tea as a ritual of stillness.
Included
Internal martial arts and Qi cultivation
