Half-Day Zen Mindful Retreat in Saratoga
Life moves fast, but sometimes we need to pause and let our souls catch up.
Escape the noise of the week and algorithms. This Sunday afternoon, join us at a private, secluded sanctuary nestled in the trees of Saratoga for a half-day Zen retreat dedicated entirely to breath, awareness, and deep rest.
If you’ve meditated for a period of time, this is the right gathering for you. Hit pause on a tense nervous system and allow your mind and body to gently reset through the resonance of nature, tea, and stillness. Seats are intentionally limited to preserve a spacious, intimate atmosphere.
