36 Cleaves Street Ground Breaking Ceremony

​Join us for the groundbreaking at 36 Cleaves Street, a new housing development in the heart of Yarmouth’s Village.

​This event marks an important step forward in expanding housing opportunities for the people who live and work in our community. Together with the Town of Yarmouth, development partners, and community stakeholders, we will celebrate the start of a project designed to support a more sustainable future.

​The program will include brief remarks from project partners followed by a ceremonial groundbreaking.

​Coffee and light refreshments will be served.

​Arrival and parking: Look for the event setup behind Yarmouth Town Hall.

​Parking is available on Mill Street, behind 317 Main Street, behind the log cabin, and in the Brickyard Hollow lot. Please do not park behind Town Hall, at Merrill Memorial Library, or at Rowe School. Allow a few minutes to park and walk to the event.
