Join StoryTell in Jersey City for an evening of connection through personal stories and the songs that spark them. We'll explore our perspectives, curiosities, and memories on the theme of "Trusting Yourself".
What to expect:
🗣️ Part conversation! We'll get to know each other through small group discussion, exploring our feelings and perspectives on the theme of trusting yourself.
🎶 Part story + song sharing! Think of a song that reminds you of a moment you trusted yourself. What happened, and how did that song play a role in your story? You'll be invited to share your story, and then we'll listen to a clip of your song together.
Stories are optional, open to anyone, and are typically 3-5 minutes.
No microphone, no stage, no need to rehearse. This is a super chill opportunity to share your story from the heart in a living room style setting.
💖 All community. Come to build in-person relationships through vulnerability, courage, and shared experience. You'll meet new open-minded, curious friends through deeper, intentional connection.
