Beyond Representation: Building Inclusive Leadership and Governance

​Join us for an event bringing together leaders from across the charity, funding and governance sectors to explore the future of race equity in leadership and governance.

​One year on from becoming a registered charity, we’ll be sharing an early look at Board Racial Diversity UK’s future direction, emerging priorities and growing impact.

​The evening will centre on a panel discussion chaired by Srabani Sen OBE, CEO and Founder of Full Colour, exploring what it will take for the sector to see tangible change in inclusive governance. Panellists will come from a range of backgrounds, bringing both sector expertise and personal insight into the realities of board leadership.

Consultant and current trustee, specialising in volunteer management, social action, charity partnerships and inclusive engagement.

EDI Consultant and Facilitator, former trustee, with experience across non-profit, LGBTQ+, race equity, neurodiversity and workplace inclusion.

Senior Policy Officer at the Runnymede Trust, Charity So White organiser and current trustee, working across racial justice, policy and systems change.
