Your burnout is a chapter, not the whole book
Sometimes burnout feels like an "end" and many of us experiencing go through shame, grief and a feeling of personal failure or permanent loss while we heal. This session wants to offer a different perspective, inviting open conversations about our shared experience and to look at burnout as a single turning point in a long career that can actually thrive afterwards.
Expect:
...an interactive peer conversation & stories exchange, not a lecture or a webinar. You are invited to share your experience but also any useful tips and tricks that you found useful while recovering - since there is no one-size-fits-all to recovering from burnout , I found that the collective wisdom can be a good place to start.
We will examine the hidden stories we tell ourselves about our burnout, gather learnings about our personal limits & strengths, explore opportunities to approach work differently in the next "chapters" and support each other re-write the past chapter for a happier ending.
⚠️ THIS IS A WORKING SESSION
We will not talk about theory: bring your vulnerable story and your open ears to listen empathetically to the other stories in the room.
This session is part of The Burn ON Circle 🔥 - a monthly, 60-minute gathering for ambitious women.
