​Please note: this is not a "get rich in real estate" seminar or a how-to for fast flippers. This is for people who want to invest in their communities (and yes, make a profit doing it!)

Are you a small-scale developer looking to invest further in your neighborhood? Are you an aspiring developer who wants to pursue your first project?

This is a hands-on training and coaching program for people building small-scale real estate projects in New Bedford and the SouthCoast region, in partnership with the Incremental Development Alliance.

​This is a full cohort commitment, not a single event. Registering means joining:

• ​The Small Scale Development Workshop — a full-day, in-person training (October 24, 2026)

• ​Three Monthly Meet-Up sessions over the following months (dates to be announced once confirmed with faculty)

​Seats are limited. We offer a reduced rate and a limited number of scholarship seats — see below.

​Reduced Rate ticket
This rate is for community members for whom the standard $300 fee is a barrier to participating. No documentation required — register at this rate if it fits your situation.

​Scholarship ticket
A limited number of full scholarships are available for those for whom cost is a barrier, including the reduced rate. Select this ticket to apply — registration isn't instant for this tier; we review each request and follow up directly. Please answer the scholarship question in the registration form so we can consider your request.
