All purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another person up to 

 before the class by notifying us in advance.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled class start

 to allow enough time for check-in and to settle in. Guests arriving 

 to ensure the best experience for all participants. In such cases, 

no refund, credit, or reschedule will be provided.

No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or for no-shows.

If JAMÉA cancels a class, guests will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another class.
