Fall Equinox - Fire and Cider Ceremony

There is a quiet moment tucked within the heart of each season where the threshold of transformation illuminates and alchemy is waiting to be witnessed.

Autumn offers us gentle permission to enter this sacred space. Here, we are invited to intentionally step into the uncertain knowing of what it means to shift, transform, and attune ourselves to the infinite wisdom of change. Nature offers both compass and companionship for the journey: the light softens, the air cools, leaves turn, roots draw deeper, and the Earth gently tilts. It is this quiet adaptation that reminds us we, too, are well equipped to meet the seasons of our own becoming.

Together, we gather at this threshold, to move in rhythm with life itself.  With a warm cup in hand and the embers of ancient remembering, we gather in Nature to follow her wisdom.

This is a ceremony of transformation.

Together we will:

• Learn the expression of alchemy in its seasonal form

• Become silent witness to what is asking to release through gentle somatic guidance

• Open our hearts to the wisdom of fire*

• Honor the sweetness of change through cider* ritual

• Rest into connection with others and the natural world around us

What to Bring:

• warm blanket if the weather is cool

• mug (some will be provided if you don’t have one)

• any token of support that encourages you through change

• journal

• meditation cushion or yoga mat (alternate seats will be available)

• Nature offering for our Earth altar

*We will enjoy a small fire ceremony beneath the emerald canopies of the ancient oaks. Our fire will be held in a small fire pit that is propane fueled. The cider provided during our gathering will be apple cider and non-alcoholic. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let the facilitator know. Alternatives will be available.
