​We are very open for all to attend our networking events. Networking events are scheduled 4 times per year. We do not discriminate based on gender, gender identity, or all people who support women.

​We are here to elevate Female Founders of high growth startups. According to the National Association of Women Business Owners, more than 11.6 million firms are owned by women and employ nearly 9 million people in the United States. Female founders of  ‘high growth’ companies face certain hurdles unique to these types of businesses. These startups grow exponentially often related to technology that enables their growth. To grow fast these businesses generally require Venture Funding, tech talent and access to business building networks. According to Pitchbook, in 2022 only 2.1% of the total capital invested in venture-backed startups went to women. This percentage has not changed in more than 20 years!
