Time: We will meet in the building at 6:00 PM and we will head up to the rooftop at 6:05. The meeting begins once the room fills, usually about 10β15 minutes after.
After practice, weβll take things off the mat and enjoy the skyline view with fresh sushi from our friends at Juren Sushi.
βπΏ What to Expect
We're a club, not a class. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.
βOur vinyasa practices meetings are for all levels and run about 60 minutes. Expect to move and breath through an active sequence of standing and balance postures, followed by a restful savasana on the floor.
βWe understand that life happens. Sometimes that means showing up late, in your pjs, or both. We leave some time at the beginning of our meetings to ease in and socialize.
