​About your host:

​Anthony Nardini has personally supported hundreds of entrepreneurial job-seekers, and founded NEXT to build a community for those thinking intentionally about what they want in their next career chapters.

​He's spent the past 4 years working full-time with job-seekers as the founder of his own coaching practice; the creator and leader of the On Deck First 50 community, which supported over a thousand startup job-seekers; and the Head of Talent at VC firm Contrary, running a community for entrepreneurial engineers.

​Before pivoting into startups, Anthony spent 11 years at Goldman Sachs in Private Wealth Management across the New York, London, and LA offices.
