MRC Saturday Run, Plunge & Sauna

​A twist on our Saturday run... The weather is warming up, let's cool down.

​Join us for our Saturday morning 8am run, 3, 6, and 10 miles, meeting at the Golden Gate Promenade, followed by a plunge in the Bay to refresh. There will also be a portable sauna set up next to the Bay for after the plunge thanks to AJ!

​RUN START LOCATION CHANGE: GG PROMENADE. BRING YOUR TOWELS TO DROP BEFORE YOU RUN.
