Difficult Conversations and Self-Advocacy

​Most of us are better at working around hard conversations than having them. We over-prepare, under-deliver, or avoid them entirely. And we pay the price in stalled relationships, unmet needs, and opportunities we didn't take because we couldn't figure out how to start the sentence. This workshop is about changing that. We'll look at what actually makes these conversations hard, how to walk into them with clarity and confidence, and how to advocate for yourself without feeling like you're being difficult. Because the women who get ahead aren't the ones who never ruffle feathers. They're the ones who've learned to speak up anyway.
