About Event

The session will explore how Digital Humans will become a new servicing channel, and how a caring mission can redefine the future of customer relationships. Attendees will see how Digital Humans combine memory, context, and reasoning to sustain meaningful interactions across channels and use cases. The discussion will reveal how companies can move beyond automation toward building relationship-based ecosystems in the AI-mediated economy.

Doors Open (4:30 p.m.)

Welcoming Speeches (4:45 to 5:10 p.m.)

The evening will be hosted and moderated by Andrea Marks, a C-suite executive with extensive experience in data and healthcare transformation (most recently VP, Digital Transformation Office at Walmart). A short welcome and introduction will be given by Klara Lorencova, PromethistAI Co-Founder and CEO, and Jan Sedivy, Co-Founder and Chief Scientist.

Opening Panel Discussion (5:10 to 5:30 p.m.)

Andrea Marks will lead a short conversation with three remarkable voices on the history and future of AI:

Natalie Buda Smith

Director of Digital Strategy (Artificial Intelligence) at the Library of Congress.

Strategic leader engaged in digital transformation through data insights and human-centered practices for over 30 years with a variety of organizations in the United States and Europe.

Kerrie Holley

AI pioneer, technologist, and thought leader whose career spans some of the most formative decades in enterprise innovation. An IBM Fellow and one of the key architects of modern distributed systems, Kerrie now focuses on how AI can be applied responsibly and meaningfully in healthcare and beyond.

Roberto Pieraccini

One of the world’s leading experts in conversational AI, with a career shaped across Bell Labs, IBM, and Google, and as former CEO of the International Computer Science Institute in Berkeley. Roberto has helped define how machines understand and interact with humans.

Together, Natalie, Kerrie, and Roberto represent three complementary perspectives on the evolution of intelligent systems—and on what must come next.

Live Experience (5:30–7:30 p.m.)

Guests will be invited to explore six different “stations,” each showcasing a distinct capability or experience. This format allows attendees to truly engage with Digital Humans and the Relational Intelligence framework that powers them.

Agenda:

Our showcase will include:

1. How Digital Humans & Relational Intelligence shape the future of customer experience:

See how long-term, memory-rich, cross-channel interactions can build loyalty and deepen relationships.

2. Multi-agent collaboration:

Watch Digital Humans hand over tasks, share context, and build on one another’s expertise—just like strong human teams do.

3. True continuity across channels:

Start a conversation at an event kiosk and seamlessly continue it on your phone—your agent remembers you, your journey, and your goals.

4. Real examples from banking, retail, healthcare & telecom:

Discover how Digital Humans are already transforming both customer and employee interactions.

5. Next-generation sales coaching:

Experience an AI mentor that listens, evaluates, and teaches—supporting professional growth and communication skills.

6. Configure a digital human in minutes:

Learn how organizations can deploy, govern, and scale entire fleets of digital humans safely and efficiently.

…and much more, as you get to know the PromethistAI team.
