Who is entitled to participate in the General Assembly?

All EERA aisbl member organisations are invited to participate. Only the official representatives of EERA aisbl full member organisations - 1 person per member organisation - that have paid all due EERA aisbl membership fee before 29 April 2026 are allowed to vote. Exceptionally and upon request, it will also be possible to submit a payment commitment to regularise the fee situation during the following month.

Please note that representatives need imperatively to be named when registering for the EERA General Assembly. Associate members have no voting rights but can state their views, which may be taken into account by the full members when making decisions.

According to the planning, the preliminary agenda will be available by the first week of April 2026.

Please confirm whether you plan to attend in person in Brussels or online by 20 April 2026 by filling out the respective registration form below. Moreover, please answer the corresponding questions and indicate if your organisation is a full member and whether you are the official representative.

For any request regarding the organisation of the General Assembly meeting, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Maria Luisa Fernandez ([email protected]) and Chiara Fort ([email protected]).
