Thinking and Executing in Systems

From idea to IPO, the roles you take on, the decisions you make, and the problems you solve keep evolving. The questions never stop:

- What should we build first?

- Who are our ICPs?

- Should I hire someone or keep doing it myself?

- Should I raise $, and how much?

As the stakes rise, decisions come faster, the problems get bigger, and the need for structured, high-quality decision making becomes critical.

I started my first company over 20 years ago while still at university. By 25, I had built a mid 7-figure revenue business — but I also learned the hard way what happens when you operate without systems. From missed opportunities to blown deals (including a 9-figure acquisition meeting I tried to “wing”), I came to understand that systems aren’t just helpful — they’re essential.

In this session, I’ll share the systems I’ve developed over time across hiring, meetings, marketing, and fundraising. I’ll keep the introduction short so we can focus on you — applying one of these systems directly to a problem you’re currently facing.
