About Event

Green Tara, a female deity, is known for providing protection from fears and obstacles. She sits with one foot in the meditative posture and one foot in the world.

In this retreat, we will embody Green Tara through a practice from Ösel Dorje Sangdzö, the “Luminous Secret Vajra Treasury,” a terma (revealed treasure) of Adzom Drukpa. The retreat includes an oral transmission, a full explanation of the text and practice, and time for personal and group reflection so that the practice can be integrated into daily life.

No previous meditation experience or knowledge of Buddhism is necessary.

Note: Daily schedule and a group rate for Wisdom Flame to be confirmed soon. We can attend individually or come together as a group to watch and participate. Indicate your interest here and we will follow up.
