AI Safety Morocco: Virtual Community Introduction

​Hello, humans and beyond (and any friendly robots who snuck in, we see you). Come hang out online for an evening to meet the people behind AI Safety Morocco. We'll be chatting about what AI safety actually means, why it matters for all of us, and why Morocco deserves a loud, curious voice in the conversation. Think of it as a warm hello with a side of "wait, what happens when the machines get really good at their jobs?"

​Join our first monthly virtual meetup for the Moroccan AI Safety community! ​Whether you work in AI Safety, research, public policy, or are simply curious about the future of AI and its social implications, everyone is welcome.

​Your host, Abdelilah, will walk you through what we're up to, what we hope to build, and how you can jump in, whether you've read every Alignment paper ever written or you just heard the phrase "AI risk" last Tuesday and have been staring at the ceiling ever since. Bring your questions, your hot takes, your half-formed worries, and your wildest "what if" scenarios. Nothing is too big, too small, or too sci-fi for the chat.

​It all happens on Virtual Meet, so you can join from your couch, your desk, or that one café with the suspiciously good Wi-Fi. Pajama bottoms are allowed. Tea is encouraged.
