Join A Dash Of for an eye-opening afternoon tasting where we explore how finishing salts — and those with a little heat — transform the fruits of the season into something you'll want to talk. We're talking stone fruits, citrus, melon, berries, and the salts that make them pop: flaky, mineral-rich, and yes, spiced.
This isn't a cooking class or a lecture. It's a guided tasting with great company, a curious crowd, and a lineup of craft salts from around the world. You'll leave with a new way of thinking about salt — and hopefully a favorite new flavor combo.
What to expect:
Guided tasting of 6–8 artisan salts, including spiced and infused varieties, paired with seasonal fruits. Lots of "wait, try this one" moments.
Space is limited to keep things intimate. Tickets are $45 and include all tastings.
