As a fierce advocate for workplace inclusion, he works to break down barriers and reduce stigma surrounding disability status, helping to foster fully integrated and supportive workplaces. With over 10 years of experience as a Human Resources professional across recruiting, talent development, and leadership training, Mathew draws on his background to help clients confidently navigate the workplace and maximize long-term employment outcomes.
Brooke Robillard, Employment Program Manager at Revel, is deeply committed to building strong, collaborative relationships between employers and neurodiverse individuals. She focuses on educating workplaces about neurodiversity to promote understanding, inclusion, and sustainable change, while also supporting the whole person—helping individuals thrive both professionally and personally. Brooke’s mission is to create workplaces and communities where neurodiverse talent is recognized, valued, and empowered. She combines her background in psychology with hands-on job coaching experience to design and lead supportive programs that set individuals up for success in both work and life.
