Brendon McCaulley is the Chief Security and AI Enablement Officer at ConnexPay, where he leads a Defense in Depth security strategy built for an AI and cloud-first enterprise. The creator of Project Aegis, Brendon has pioneered AI-powered, autonomous SOC capabilities that scale security operations by 15x and beyond.
With over 15 years of fintech security leadership across ConnexPay, Optum Financial, and Heartland Payment Systems, he is a recognized expert in enterprise security transformation, PCI/SOC compliance, and applying artificial intelligence to real-world cyber defense. Brendon holds an MBA from SMU's Cox School of Business and serves as President of the North Texas ISSA chapter.
