​The best talent in tech isn't hard to find - it's just being looked for in the wrong places.

​Common Path is a four-week startup sprint programme for exceptional graduates seeking to break into startups. Over four intensive weeks, our first cohort has been immersed in the realities of startup life - working through every stage of an early-stage venture: from problem discovery to building, selling, and scaling.

​During our first ever Demo Day, you'll pitch your startup directly to a selected number of graduates who are matched to your company and could be a perfect hire. Then you'll have a chance to have a quick fire conversation to see if they're a fit.

​Startup Ready

​Every graduate has been selected through a rigorous assessment process, completed four weeks of hands-on startup experience, and proven they have the drive, resourcefulness, and adaptability to thrive in early-stage teams.

​What to Expect

​We've done the hard work of finding, vetting, and developing high-potential operators the startup world consistently misses.

​By the time these candidates appear on anyone else's radar, you'll already have met them, pitched to them, and had a real conversation. That's the advantage of being in the room.
