Write & Regulate - A Virtual Drop-in Circle

​This is a drop-in virtual space for people to slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and turn inwards with compassion and intention.

​When: Bi-weekly on Tuesday's, from 11:30-12:30 pm PT / 1:30-2:30 pm CT.

​Cost: $30-$50 (pay what you’re able within this range)
