SESSION 03 of 04 — ACCELERATE Summer Speed Series
There's a gap between knowing the drills and actually knowing how to run.
This series bridges it.
Four Wednesday evenings this summer at Mile End Athletics Track. Each session builds on the last. No sprinting background needed just the intention to move better.
Session 03 ACCELERATE is where we find your power it all happens in the first few steps projection, push mechanics, resisted runs and the explosive mechanics of acceleration. This is the session that changes how you start every run, every race, every effort from here on.
This series is for: all Runners and sprinters, triathletes, HYROX athletes, Gym & strength athletes, Ex-athletes (including highschool!) and anyone who wants to feel more athletic and confident when they run.
