A small, curated gathering for engineering leaders navigating the context of "leadership" in the AI era.
We’ll explore:
• What has changed in engineering leadership because of AI?
• What’s coming next?
• How should leaders manage teams, organizations, and technical decisions through this transition?
This is intentionally a small gathering focused on meaningful conversations and deep connections rather than traditional networking.
