Kedo Circles — Micro-Coaching Practice

​Ever wondered what it feels like to think through a problem — with a small group of people who are genuinely listening, asking good questions, and not rushing to give you advice? Then you're in the right place.

​In this session, managers, decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and professionals from around the world come together online to practice micro-coaching — a simple, lightweight method for thinking more clearly about professional and personal challenges.

​What happens in 45/90 minutes:

​•       Peer coaching (45 min) — You work in pairs through a real situation of your choice using a short, structured micro-coaching format built around the concept of cognitive autonomy. Each person gets a turn.

​•       Live coaching demo (45 min) — One or more volunteers bring a real challenge to the group. Everyone listens and reflects together while the facilitator asks micro-coaching questions that guide the reflection. You'll often recognise your own situation in someone else's, and leave with useful insights — even if you're not in the hot seat.

​Short on time? You're welcome to leave after the first 45 minutes.

​This session is for you if you lead people, run something, or make decisions under pressure — and want a sharper, more structured way to think through what matters.

​No prior coaching experience needed. Facilitated in English; practical exercises can be done in English, French, or any language — not sure how it works? Join and try.
