​Get ready to dive into the world of data careers and ask the questions that matter most! Our panel of experts, Zamina Ahmad, Katie Richardson, and Tereza Iofciu, will share their insights, experiences, and expertise on various aspects of data careers.

​🤔 Before the session, prepare your questions! Think about what you'd like to know about their careers, experiences, and expertise in data careers. Ask them anything!

​Zamina Ahmad is the founder and CEO of shades&contrast, a consulting company with focus on responsible AI. She has started her career in data and tech over 15 years ago. Since then, she worked as Data Analyst, Product Manager and Innovation Lead; having developed data solutions for different industries such as e-commerce, automotive industry and renewable energy. In her speaking engagement she educates about Bias in AI and the consequences. In 2023 she has been awarded with the Digital Female Leader Award and as 4x4 under 40.

​Katie Richardson is a Staff Data Scientist, who is passionate about the intersection of data science and ML Ops. With experience in recommendation systems and search ranking, she is currently focused on demand forecasting. A creative problem solver, she has a strong background in building and maintaining scalable data solutions and collaborating with data science, analytics, and engineering teams.

​Tereza Iofciu is Data Leadership Coach and Executive Coach. She has more than 15 years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Management and Team Management. She spent most of those years volunteering in the Python Community and wears many hats: PyLadies Hamburg organizer, Python Software Verband board member, Python Software Foundation Code of Conduct team member, Diversity & Inclusion working group member, PyConDE & PyData Berlin organizer, Python Pizza Hamburg organizer, and PyPodcats co-leader. In 2021 Tereza was awarded the Python Software Foundation community service award.
