A chakra color-inspired wellbeing experience designed to create space to slow down, reconnect and turn inward.
Inspired by the energy and symbolism of the color red, this session brings together guided reflection, journaling, meditation, gentle movement and affirmations by Canvas Coaching & Consulting, followed by a thoughtfully crafted red smoothie experience by Atelier Alps.
