About Event
Join Strega Running Club for our free women-only Couch to 5K programme in LS9.
Designed for absolute beginners, this weekly session will help you gradually build confidence and stamina in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.
Sessions take place every Thursday from 5.45pm to 6.30pm and start and finish at 1 The Lane.
Each session includes:
Warm-up
Guided beginner-friendly run/walk session
Cool-down
You’ll also receive a simple plan for extra sessions during the week to help build your fitness steadily.
No experience needed: Week one starts with 1 min jog / 90 sec walk × 8, we then build on this each week.
