​スケジュール:
05:30 受付開始（ゴンドラ駅舎前）
06:00 ゴンドラ特別便出発（6:30までに完全乗車）
06:30 山頂駅到着（八方池山荘待機）
07:30 特別観戦エリア入場
08:30 競技スタート（特別観戦エリアにて観戦）
12:00 競技終了次第、自由解散

​開催日程および実施判断について
本イベントは、雪崩リスクや天候、積雪状況等の自然条件を最優先に判断し、 2026年1月26日（月）〜29日（木）の期間内において、安全が確保できる1日を開催日として実施いたします。 実際の開催日は前日までに確定し、主催者よりご案内いたします。

​※ 当初予定日（1月27日）に実施されない場合がございます。
※ 開催日確定後の日程変更によるキャンセルは、原則としてお受けできません。

​

​イベント中止時の対応（主催者都合）
以下の理由によりイベントが完全中止となった場合は、 チケット代金を全額返金いたします。
- 雪崩リスク
- 天候不良
- 自然災害
- 大会運営上の安全確保が困難と判断された場合
- 主催者判断による競技中止

​※ 返金対象は「リフト券代を除いたエリアチケット代金」のみとなり、交通費・宿泊費・装備購入費等の付随費用は補償対象外となります。

​斜面・競技エリア変更に関する注意事項
安全確保や競技運営上の判断により、 使用する斜面・競技ラインが変更される場合があります。

​その場合、
- 観戦エリアから選手のライディングが一部または完全に視認できない可能性
- 競技の見え方・距離感が変更される可能性

​がありますが、 これを理由とした返金・キャンセルはお受けできません。

​

​リフト乗車および滑走に関する注意事項
本チケットには、 大会当日、選手と同時間帯での早朝リフト優先乗車権が含まれますが、
- 当該時間帯はスキー場営業開始前の滑走は一切できません
- 観戦エリアへの移動目的のみの乗車

​となります。

​※ 滑走を目的とした利用、無断滑走が確認された場合は、イベント参加を中止していただく場合があります。

​

​観戦エリアおよび安全装備について
観戦エリアは、スキー場管理区域外（バックカントリーエリア）に該当します。

​そのため、 入場時にビーコンチェックを実施

以下のアバランチギアを必須装備とします
- アバランチビーコン
- プローブ
- ショベル

​※ 装備不備・ビーコン不作動の場合、 　
いかなる理由があっても観戦エリアへの入場はできません。
※ その場合の返金はいたしかねます。

​お客様都合によるキャンセル
お客様のご都合（体調不良・日程都合・装備不足等）によるキャンセルについては、 以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
- 開催日確定前：キャンセル不可（開催日変動を前提とした商品特性のため）
- 開催日確定後：キャンセル不可・返金不可

本イベントへの参加にあたり、 自然環境下での移動・待機・観戦に伴うリスクが存在することを十分に理解し、 自己責任にて参加いただくものとします。

- 転倒・負傷・装備破損
- 天候・視界不良による体験品質の変化

​について、 主催者に故意または重大な過失がない限り責任を負いません。

​同意事項
チケット購入をもって、 本キャンセルポリシーおよび注意事項すべてに同意したものとみなします。

January 26 (Mon) – January 29 (Thu), 2026 One competition day will be selected within this period based on safety conditions.

​Location:
Special Viewing Area behind Happoike Sanso Lodge Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort, Nagano, Japan

​Capacity:
Limited to 50 guests

​Ticket Price:
JPY 30,000 (tax included)

​Schedule
- 05:30 Registration opens (in front of the gondola station building)
- 06:00 Special gondola service departs All participants must be fully boarded by 06:30
- 06:30 Arrival at the summit station (waiting at Happoike Sanso)
- 07:30 Entry to the special viewing area
- 08:30 Competition starts (viewing from the special viewing area)
- 12:00 Event ends; dismissal upon completion of the competition

​Notes
- Registration on the day will take place in front of the gondola station.
- The schedule is subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.

​Event Schedule & Final Decision

​This event is conducted with avalanche safety, weather conditions, and snow stability as the highest priority.

​The competition will take place on one safe day between January 26 (Mon) and January 29 (Thu), 2026. The final event date will be confirmed no later than the day before and announced by the organizer.
- The originally planned date (January 27) may change.
- Cancellations due to schedule changes after the final date is confirmed will not be accepted.

​

​Event Cancellation by Organizer

​If the event is completely canceled for any of the following reasons, the ticket price without one day lift pass price will be refunded:
- Avalanche risk
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Situations where safe event operation is deemed impossible •
- Event cancellation decided by the organizer

​Please note:
- Refunds apply only to the ticket price.
- Transportation costs, accommodation, equipment purchases, and any other related expenses are not covered.

​Course & Competition Area Changes
For safety or operational reasons, the competition slope or riding line may be changed.

​In such cases:
- Athletes’ runs may be partially or completely not visible from the viewing area
- Viewing distance and angles may differ from expectations

​No refunds or cancellations will be issued due to course or viewing condition changes.

​Lift Access & Skiing Restrictions
This ticket includes priority early-morning lift access on the competition day, allowing guests to ride the lift during the same time window as the athletes.

​However:
- This access occurs before the ski resort officially opens
- Skiing or snowboarding is strictly prohibited
- Lift use is solely for transportation to the viewing area

​Unauthorized skiing or riding may result in removal from the event without refund.

​

​Viewing Area & Mandatory Safety Equipment
The viewing area is located outside the managed ski resort boundary (backcountry area).

​Therefore:
- Avalanche beacon checks will be conducted before entry

The following avalanche safety equipment is mandatory:
- Avalanche beacon (transceiver)
- Probe
- Shovel

​Guests without the required equipment or with malfunctioning devices will not be permitted to enter the viewing area.

​No refunds will be provided in such cases.

​Guest-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations due to personal reasons (including illness, scheduling issues, or insufficient equipment) are not accepted.

Before final event date confirmation: No cancellation permitted After final event date confirmation: No cancellation / No refund

​This product is a premium experience designed with inherent schedule and condition variability, which guests acknowledge upon purchase.

​Assumption of Risk & Liability Disclaimer
By participating in this event, guests acknowledge the inherent risks of mountain environments, including travel, waiting, and spectating in natural terrain.

​The organizer shall not be liable for:
- Falls, injuries, or equipment damage
- Changes in experience quality due to weather or visibility conditions

​Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, participation is at the guest’s own responsibility.

By purchasing a ticket, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
