Little Automations | AutomateNI Show & Tell

Little Automations is the first AutomateNI show-and-tell, an evening for people in Northern Ireland who build, use or are curious about practical automation.

The projects can be small. A script that saves ten minutes counts. So does an n8n workflow, a home automation, a spreadsheet process, a sensor project, an integration between two systems or something you made simply because it brightens up your day.

Callum Janes will show a small door automation he built that plays a short jingle when the door opens. He’ll talk through the hardware, the automation itself, the changes he made while getting it working and what the project taught him along the way.

We’re also looking for a few other people to show something they have automated. You do not need a polished presentation or a complicated project. Short, practical demos are the point.

You can also come along without presenting anything. The evening is for seeing what other people have built, asking questions, swapping ideas and meeting people interested in automation.
