NOA’s friend, BLISS, has partnered with Multi-Michelin Starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee—founder of Sushi By Scratch—to deliver a singular dining journey unlike anything else. A 20-course omakase is served atop a custom-built installation where the table becomes a flowing, luminous body of water. Candles flicker, florals float, and your dishes glide gently across the surface in a dreamscape of taste and design. This omakase journey also includes a very exclusive Cardinal Du Four tasting segment to enhance our experiences.
This is not a typical night out. It’s a rare moment curated to awaken the senses, inspire wonder, and invite connection—layer by layer, course by course.
Optional additions include truffle, caviar, and sake pairings, with welcome cocktails, canapés, and a closing dessert course rounding out the experience.
