This is your chance to connect with other women founders, executives, leaders, or business owners over coffee in-person and have real talk about juggling careers, family (planning), and everything in between.
Whether you’re looking to swap tips, make new friends, or just enjoy a break from the daily grind, you’ll find a sense of belonging here.
We’ll be gathering at Fabrik, Tribeca.

Pauline Leung is a Certified High Performance Coach and founder of Flow Grounds, a modern space for professionals seeking more clarity, energy, and purpose in work and life. With 19 years of global leadership experience at L’Oréal and expertise in mindfulness, holistic health, and coaching, she helps high-achievers move through overwhelm, reset their mindset, and lead with intention, without losing themselves in the process.
