Work, Reimagined: An Evening with Miro x Hiro Studio
Designed for people. Powered by collaboration. Accelerated by AI.
The way we work is changing quickly.
AI is giving individuals incredible new capabilities, but the bigger opportunity is not just helping one person work faster. It is helping teams think better, collaborate more effectively, make decisions with greater confidence, and move from ideas to action without losing context along the way.
That raises some interesting questions.
How do we bring AI into the team's work, not just the individual's?
How do we make complex work easier to see and understand?
How do we turn conversations, ideas and information into decisions and action?
How do we design ways of working that help people move faster without sacrificing alignment?
On November 10, Hiro Studio and Miro are bringing together a small group of Calgary business leaders at the RGO Treehouse at cSPACE for an invitation-only evening exploring those questions.
This isn't a conference, workshop or two-hour product presentation.
It's drinks, great food, good people and a conversation about how work is being reimagined.
We'll explore how thoughtful design, collaborative technology and AI can come together to create better ways of working, with practical examples of teams moving beyond one-off AI prompts toward shared workflows where people, information and AI work together.
We'll also welcome Hiro Studio client Avatar Innovations to share a real-world example: how their energy innovation methodology came to life in partnership with Hiro Studio using Miro. It's a look at how methodology, design and technology can turn a complex way of working into something teams can see, use and build on together.
Then we'll put the presentation away.
There'll be plenty of time to meet other Calgary leaders, grab another drink, and talk about what's changing inside your own organization.
Why Hiro Studio?
Hiro Studio helps organizations figure out where better design, collaboration and emerging technology can create real value, then builds the experiences, workflows and systems that make those ideas useful in practice.
As a Calgary-based Miro Solution Partner, we work with teams to move from possibility to application, helping them design better ways of working and embed those approaches into how work actually gets done.
Why Miro?
Miro is used by more than 100 million people across 250,000 companies and has evolved far beyond digital whiteboarding.
Today, it is a collaborative workspace where teams can bring together ideas, information, workflows and AI in one shared environment, helping people think, plan, create and make decisions together.
Whether you already use Miro or have never touched it, the evening is designed to show what's possible when people, design, collaboration, and AI come together around real work.
