The Decision Lab: Work Through the Decision You Keep Circling
Bring the one decision you keep putting off and leave with a clear next step, in a small, facilitated evening at designed for people who have already done the thinking and still are not moving.
You may have made the lists, asked friends and colleagues for advice, and even asked AI to help you sort it out, yet the decision is still sitting there waiting for you. The Decision Lab is a 90-minute working session where you think it through on your own, talk it out with two other people, and then help the whole room work through one volunteer’s decision. Most people find that hearing someone else’s decision worked out loud brings surprising clarity to their own.
What kinds of decisions?
Whether to raise your prices, hire your first person, or take your business in a new direction
Whether to stay in your current role, accept a new one, or leave altogether
Whether it is time to end a partnership, project, or commitment that no longer fits
A call at work you have been asked to make and keep finding reasons to delay
Anything you have weighed carefully and still cannot seem to move on
You decide how much to share
You never need to share details you are not comfortable with, and you are welcome to describe your decision in general terms. Only one decision is worked with the full room, and only if that person volunteers when registering, while everyone else takes part by offering questions and observations. What is shared in the room stays in the room, and that agreement is part of what everyone registers into.
How the evening works
5:30 Arrive, get settled, and meet the other people in the room
5:45 Spend quiet time with a set of guided questions that help you find what is actually holding your decision up
6:00 Join a group of three and say your decision out loud to two people who ask real questions in real time
6:30 Come together as a full room to work through one volunteer’s decision, with everyone’s questions and observations as the tools
6:50 Close the evening with each person naming one specific next step they will own
You leave with
A clearer picture of what has been keeping you stuck, and why it has been so hard to move
One concrete next step that belongs to you
