​Dr. Pengkai Pan is a Ph.D. from MIT, known for designing the video "collaborative filtering" algorithm, which has become the cornerstone of video recommendation systems. After graduating, Dr. Pan returned to China to start a business, applying AI technology to education, and secured nearly a hundred million dollars in venture capital, creating an industry cluster worth nearly ten billion yuan. Recently, Dr. Pan has focused on incubating Deep Tech companies in AI pharmaceuticals, AI polymerase testing, and new AI services.
