Inspired by Jessica Tomich Sorci's book When Good Moms Feel Bad, this immersive day brings together personal reflection, restorative learning, and community connection.
Join us for a restorative day of honest conversation, experiential learning, and compassionate exploration of the parts that emerge in motherhood.

Throughout the day, we'll weave together:

🍃 Experiential Mom Parts Mapping exercises

🍃 Opportunities for personal and professional integration
Together we’ll:
🍃 Identify common Mom Parts that emerge throughout motherhood and matrescence
🍃 Explore shame, self-criticism, and maternal mental health through an IFS informed lens
🍃 Apply the Mom Parts Method in clinical practice
🍃 Integrate Mom Parts Mapping into KAP preparation, dosing, and integration
🍃 Deepen awareness of personal and professional experiences that arise when supporting moms

Jessica Tomich Sorci, LCSW, PMH-C
Jessica is a maternal mental health expert, educator, and author of When Good Moms Feel Bad. She is the creator of the Mom Parts Method, a compassionate framework that helps moms understand and relate to the many internal experiences that emerge throughout motherhood and matrescence.
Meredith Futernick-Gerak, LPC
Meredith is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Brainspotting Consultant, Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, and founder of Integrative Journey Modern Psychotherapy Co. She specializes in trauma-informed, brain-body approaches, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and experiential clinician education.
