The Rally Room at Cafe POM: Roundtable Edition
The Rally Room is a meetup for purpose-driven business owners, creatives, and founders who want real connection. Not performative networking.
Connection first. Business second.
And this time, we're bringing everyone together around one table. 🟠
Welcome to The Rally Room: Roundtable Edition!
One table. Good humans. Fresh perspectives.
Instead of our usual rotating conversations, we're tapping into the collective experience of everyone in the room.
We'll share what's working, unpack real challenges we're navigating in our businesses, and help each other see things a little differently.
No presentations. No elevator pitches. No pressure to have all the answers.
Just good humans showing up, listening, sharing perspectives, and helping each other move forward.
What to expect
We'll kick things off with a little reflection and a chance to share some wins
Then we'll open up the conversation to challenges, opportunities, and fresh perspectives from the group
We'll save the official business intros for later, once we've already connected as humans
And of course, we'll leave some time to mingle and keep those conversations going!
The details
Date: Tuesday, November 24
Time: 8:30–10:30 AM (please arrive by 8:30 so we can kick things off together!)
Location: Cafe POM (Paoli / Main Line)
Group size: Small and intimate on purpose
Food + coffee
Cafe POM is opening a little early for us at 8:30 AM!
I'll have a few shareable bites for the group. You're welcome to purchase coffee and anything else you'd like from the menu.
Bring a good human
Know someone who brings great energy, asks thoughtful questions, or has an interesting perspective to share? Invite them along!
Because here's the thing...
You don't have to prove your value before you can bring value.
And sometimes the best thing you can bring to the table isn't an answer. It's a different perspective.
Come curious. Leave connected.
Connection first. Business second.
See you around the table! 🤘
