​Jessica Lackey is your McKinsey-meets-mystical business growth strategist. She created Deeper Foundations which offers programs and tools for expertise-based businesses. Before starting her business in 2018, she held leadership roles in operations and sales at Nike, Electrolux and Zefyr and she has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
