No previous experience needed, just come as you are.

• ​Move through a simple sequence to activate the body, improve posture and mobility

• ​Support lymphatic flow, stretching and core activation

• ​Settle into a guided gratitude meditation

• ​Sip a cup of Magic Cacao — Andréa's own adaptogenic blend to awaken the mind

• ​Spend your Saturday morning surrounded by women who show up for themselves
